Horatio: 2nd European Festival of Psychiatric Nursing – in Stockholm 2012

The Festival will be held in Stockholm, the beautiful capital of Sweden in September 20-23, 2012

The Festival Theme is Vision, Knowledge and Practice in psychiatric and mental health nursing

Join with people from across the world interested in exploring, expanding and building upon the spectrum of what is known about mental health and mental illness; prevention, intervention and research. The intention of this conference is to generate inclusive dialogue and stimulate new conversations on all aspects of mental illness.

We cordially invite you to join us at this unique festival and be part of this emerging, inter-disciplinary field at the 2nd European Festival in Stockholm. We hope that you will take this chance to explore one of the most exciting and wonderful countries in the world.

The Scientific Committee of the Horatio Festival invite you to submit an abstract on your research or practice, to share your knowledge to colleagues around the world about issues in mental health nursing. Papers, posters and workshops will be welcomed. Please see below for submission details

Submission details

Abstracts

Submissions may be in the form of a:

Concurrent session - 15mins in length with an additional 5mins for questions and discussion

Symposia - normally of 1hr duration containing 2-3 papers

Workshop - 2hrs in length

Poster - on topical developments, research and/or local issues of wider interest

 

Closing dates for abstracts: March 1, 2012

NB: Participants chosen to present will need to be registered for the festival.

As well as

Presentation title and aim | Three intended learning outcomes | Three reading references | Type of presentation (concurrent, symposium, workshop or poster)| Abstract of no more than 400 words.
