How to get there and back
Via subway to Skanstull station:
Take the green line southbound towards Hagsätra, Farsta Strand, or Skarpnäck. Skanstull station is the fourth station after Central Station

Numbers 3, 4, 55 and 74 to Skanstull

Arlanda Express to Stockholm Central Station
Take the subway, green line, south direction, to Skanstull station
Or taxi to Clarion Hotel Stockholm, Ringvägen 98

TAXI STOCKHOLM, Taxi 020, Taxi Kurir. All these companies have a set price from Arlanda to Stockholm.
By car, from the north:
Follow the signs towards Stockholm.
Once in the Stockholm area, follow the signs towards Södermalm/Skanstull
Once in the Söderleds tunnel, take the Hamarby Sjöstad/Skanstull exit
Do a U-Turn at the roundabout and keep to the left hand side towards Södermalm
You should now find yourself in a tunnel directly under the hotel. Turn Right at the traffic lights on Ringvägen. The hotel is situated to your right
By car, from the south:
Follow the sign towards Stockholm (E4/E20).
Take the Liljeholmen/Södermalm exit towards Skanstull.
Continue along Hornsgatan for approximately 1.5 km.
Take a right-hand turn towards Södersjukhuset (Söder Hospital)
Follow the street Ringvägen towards Skanstull. You will find the hotel situated to your right hand side
Currency
The official currency is Swedish Krona (SEK).
USD 1 = SEK 6.67 EUR 1 = SEK 9.10 (October, 2012).

Electrical current in Sweden is 220 V/50 Hz. Round, European-style
two-pin plugs are used. Appliances designed to operate on

translation will be provided.

Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect
to entering Sweden. Please note that if you wish to participate
in a tour outside Sweden, you may need a multiple entry visa
to Sweden.

is used during the summer

Clarion Hotel Stockholm is located in Södermalm, a district known for its cultural heritage, boutiques, restaurants, galleries and parks. With a total of 532 rooms and a conference capacity of over 1000 people, the Clarion Hotel Stockholm is one of Stockholm’s largest conference and hotel complexes.
The Swedish architect Agency White Architects designed the spectacular property. In cooperation with the Norwegian design and architecture Agency Aavik & Helling, a magnificent building filled with light and space was created.

CANCELLATION.
Cancellation of hotel reservation must be sent by e-mail to horatio2012@congrex.com
- Cancellation of any hotel nights reserved will be accepted until June 20, 2012 and the total amount
will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 300.
- Should you cancel your reservation after June 20, 2012 or if you arrive later or leave earlier
than on the dates indicated on your reservation form, the total accommodation amount will
be charged and no refunds can be made, as the hotel will charge no-show costs. If your
reservation goes to no show i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the hotel you will be
charged for the total amount of your accommodation.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
Full hotel pre-payment is required to guarantee your hotel reservation.
No room can be guaranteed until Congrex Sweden AB has received your hotel pre-payment.
